What we collect

When you request a visit we collect your name, phone number, optional email, postcode, address and a description of the problem.

Why we use it

Only to respond to your request, arrange the work and keep job records. We do not use booking details for marketing.

Who processes it

• Your request is stored in our booking database and emailed to our bookings inbox using Resend (email delivery).
• If you use "Suggest a service", the text you type is sent to an AI model through the Lovable AI Gateway to suggest a service and urgency. Please don't include personal details in that box.
• The WhatsApp form opens WhatsApp, which is run by Meta under its own privacy policy.
